Larry Adams serves as a Commercial Advisor with Sperry Van Ness - Ward Commercial Group in Louisville, Kentucky. Larry has a large base of clients that consider him a hardworking and responsive agent. Many of his clients appreciate his 24/7 accessibility and knowledge of emerging Hospitality and Retail markets.

Larry’s specialty is brokerage of Hospitality and Retail property but he has extensive experience working with Land and Petroleum investment properties. He also works with automotive Tier I, II and III suppliers for manufacturing lease space and development sites.

Born in Louisville, Kentucky, but raised on U S Naval bases through out the world. After finishing college in Texas Larry entered the auto industry working for 3M, then a port facility manager in Baltimore, Maryland. In the late 1980’s he accepted a position with Avery Dennison in Detroit, Michigan.  While in Detroit he managed automotive engineering and styling studios for 10 years. Larry eventually departed the automotive industry as a product plant manager. During those 17 years he traveled around the world negotiating corporate contracts in many diverse markets. 

Today, Larry is back working and living in Louisville, applying his skills as a commercial advisor /negotiator and enjoying the challenges. His number one goal is client satisfaction and creating long-term client relationships.
